Transverse undisplaced fracture of the body of scapula. Humerus and clavicle are normal. No dislocation.
Scapular fractures are uncommon injuries, depicting around 3% of all shoulder fractures. They usually occur as a result of massive energy trauma, a direct trauma to the shoulder region or indirect trauma through collapsing on an outstretched hand.
