Presentation

MVA whilst intoxicated

Patient Data

Age: 26
Gender: Male

Undisplaced comminuted intra-articular fracture of the glenoid process and superior scapular neck and body. Glenohumeral alignment is normal.

Dislocated right acromioclavicular joint.

Multiple displaced right-sided rib fractures. No pneumothorax.

Case Discussion

Don't fall for satisfaction of search when one traumatic injury has been identified as multiple injuries are common.
