Scar endometriosis

Ultrasound images show a fairly well-defined hetero-echoic lesion confined to the subcutaneous fatty plane, at a depth of about 3 mm. Minimal vascularity is seen within the lesion on the color-duplex study.
Case Discussion
The patient presented with pain over the Cesarean surgical scar site with tenderness on palpation. Clinically, the patient also complained of aggravated pain during menstruation.
The Imaging and clinical features are together suggestive of scar endometriosis.
