Moderately enhancing soft tissue nodule with a streaky appearance at the lower portion of the right rectus abdominis muscle (level of the cesarean section scar).
Otherwise, normal CT of the abdomen and pelvis.

Heterogeneously hypoechoic nodule of the pelvic wall with irregular borders, internal scattered hyperechoic echoes. as well as internal vascularity.
Case Discussion
The clinical presentation and the ultrasound and CT features are most consistent with scar endometriosis.
