Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Alignment is normal. Subtle undisplaced fracture of the tip of the scaphoid tubercle. Incidental persistent ulna styloid ossicle.

Case Discussion

The oblique projection is often the best view of subtle scaphoid tubercle fractures.
