Cyclist. Trauma to knee.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Depressed comminuted fracture of the lateral tibial plateau extending into the intercondylar eminence.

Fracture of the head and neck of the proximal fibula.

Lipohemarthrosis.

In cast.

Depressed comminuted fracture of the lateral tibial plateau extending into the intercondylar eminence.  Normal medial tibial plateau.

Fracture of the head and neck of the proximal fibula.

Lipohemarthrosis.

Normal femoral condyle and patella.
