Age: 15 years

Endplate irregularities and multiple Schmorl's nodes along the dorsal spine.

Kyphotic changes of the dorsal spine.

Case Discussion

Features are compatible with juvenile kyphosis, also known as Scheuermann disease. The referring physician aimed cervical spine MRI, but during the examination, the thoracic spine was covered to help the patient without additional fees. However, the lumbar spine was not included.
