From the case: Scheuermann disease

Sagittal bone window

There is kyphotic deformity of lower dorsal vertebral bodies with irregularities of vertebral plateau and Schmorl's nodule. This is compatible with Scheuermann disease. Also note precocious intervertebral disc degenerative changes with a vacuum phenomenon.
