A grey matter-lined CSF cleft is seen crossing the right parietal lobe reaching the body of right lateral ventricle, in keeping with open-lip schizencephaly.

Areas of grey-matter intensity are seen in subcortical white matter in the right posterior temporal and parietal lobes, reflecting grey matter heterotopia.

Absent septum pellucidum.
