- grey matter lined closed-lip cleft extending from the left frontal cortex to the body of the lateral ventricle
- the septum pellucidum and falx are present
- no abnormal fusion across the midline.
- chronic small vessel ischemia
- mild cerebral volume loss with a thinned corpus callosum
