Presents with acute aphasia.

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

  • grey matter lined closed-lip cleft extending from the left frontal cortex to the body of the lateral ventricle
  • the septum pellucidum and falx are present
  • no abnormal fusion across the midline.
  • chronic small vessel ischemia
  • mild cerebral volume loss with a thinned corpus callosum
