Back pain after minor trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

A well-defined rounded vertebral lesion at the upper endplate of L2 with hypointense rim and mild perifocal edema, consistent with acute Schmorl node.

Case Discussion

Features are suggestive of acute Schmorl node, supported by perifocal marrow edema.
