Slow growing, tender swelling in the right arm.

Altered signal intensity lesion along the medial aspect of upper arm in the subcutaneous and intermuscular planes. The lesion is seen to be in close proximity to median nerve. It is causing mild splaying of the biceps muscle anteriorly and long head of triceps muscle posteriorly with no evidence of infiltration. It is mildly displacing the brachial artery laterally and compressing the brachial and basilic veins posteriorly.
Case Discussion
Altered signal intensity lesion along the medial aspect of upper arm in the subcutaneous and intermuscular planes, in close proximity to the median nerve suggesting likelihood of a schwannoma. This was later confirmed on biopsy. Imaging wise, the lesion is along the median nerve, encapsulated and eccentric which favors schwannoma over neurofibroma.
