Anomalous fissures and lobes in the right lung
Anomalus right pulmonary vein giving the "Scimitar appearance". This narrows proximal to its junction with the IVC
Smaller anomalous pulmonary vein draining the medial right lung base which also appears to join the IVC

Scimitar syndrome, also known as hypogenetic lung syndrome, is characterized by a hypoplastic lung that is drained by an anomalous vein into the systemic venous system.
