Case Discussion

Frontal chest radiograph demonstrates small right hemithorax with ill defined right cardiac border and right hemidiaphragm. Findings suspicious for Scimitar syndrome, which was confirmed subsequently utilizing CTPA, which demonstrate a partial anomalous pulmonary veins return to the IVC.
