Respiratory distress.

Age: 5 months
Gender: Female

x-ray

Frontal chest radiograph demonstrates small right hemithorax with ill-defined right cardiac border and right hemidiaphragm. Findings are suspicious for Scimitar syndrome.

CTPA demonstrates partial anomalous pulmonary veins return to the IVC, confirming scimitar syndrome. 

Bilateral lower lobe consolidative changes.

Aberrant right subclavian artery origin from the descending thoracic aorta with a retro-esophageal course.
