Presentation
Right eye sudden pain and decreased visual acuity after the collision of an object with the right eye with an implanted scleral buckle.
Patient Data

Right eye scleral buckle and choroidal detachment with large thickness suprachoroidal haemorrhage with thickness up to 14mm are seen. Both eye globes have asymmetrically large AP lengths up to 26mm and a thin uveoscleral layer more compatible with chorioretinal coloboma and have no native lens. Anterior uveoscleral and cornea tear in the right eye globe are noted. Dilated cerebral ventricles are also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the choroidal detachment with suprachoroidal haemorrhage as an uncommon complication of the scleral buckle implantation after trauma.
