Shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Bilateral ground glass opacities and honeycombing is noted in predominantly basal and subpleural regions. Mildly dilated esophagus noted. 

Case Discussion

The combination of basal pulmonary fibrosis and a dilated esophagus, is certainly suggestive of scleroderma.
