Bilateral subpleural ground glass opacities and fine reticulation are seen more prominent in basal segments. A mildly dilated esophagus is also observed.
Case Discussion
The combination of basal pulmonary fibrosis and a dilated esophagus is undoubtedly suggestive of scleroderma.
