Scleroderma related interstitial lung disease

Subpleural fine reticulation and ground glass opacities are present at both lung bases, accompanied by a mildly dilated esophagus, suggestive of scleroderma.
Case Discussion
The combination of basal pulmonary fibrosis and a dilated esophagus is undoubtedly suggestive of scleroderma. This patient had known scleroderma.
