Scleroderma related interstitial lung disease

Presentation

Cough and breath shortness.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female

Numerous thin-walled air-filled cysts are scattered at both lung fields accompanied irregular reticular and ground glass opacities with peripheral predominance. Distal esophagus is dilated.

Features on CT scan are compatible with scleroderma-related interstitial lung disease. (Known case)
