Presentation

Acute on chronic shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Dilated esophagus. Peripheral reticulation with a basal gradient but with subpleural sparing. Centrilobular air space opacities in the right superior lower lobe, suggestive of aspiration.
