Recurrent mild abdominal pain.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

There is a marginated region of increased attenuation in the small bowel mesenteries, compatible with inflammatory change.

Case Discussion

Uncommon condition with an unclear cause.


  • mesenteric panniculitis
  • retractile mesenteritis
  • lipogranuloma of the mesentery
