Sclerotic bone foci in the right clavicle and right 4th rib supportive of metastatic disease. Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Mildly enlarged heart silhouette and a left side pacing device with intact leads. 

Nuclear medicine

Multiple foci of uptake throughout the skeleton in keeping with bone metastatic disease.
