Presentation

Weight loss, diffuse body pain, urgency and frequency of urination

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Diffuse increase bone density identified. Flattening, contour deformity of the right femoral head, representing avascular necrosis. Indwelling urinary catheter in situ.

Case Discussion

Findings are consistent with bony metastasis. This is a biopsy-proven case of cancer prostate.
