Non-specific bowel gas pattern. Multiple focal sclerotic lesions throughout the skeleton. IUCD in situ.
Case Discussion
Further review of past imaging and clinical letters confirm the patient has a known diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer. Bone metastasis can be sclerotic, lytic, or mixed, and reviewing previous imaging is arguably the most useful action to perform when reporting.
