Widespread sclerotic bones secondary to prostate metastases. No acute fracture. Bilateral symmetrical gynecomastia.
Case Discussion
Widespread sclerosis throughout the imaged axial skeleton. Gynecomastia.
Both of these findings are secondary to prostate cancer: sclerotic bony metastases and gynecomastia secondary to hormone therapy.
