Presentation

Lumbar back pain following a fall

Widespread sclerotic bones secondary to prostate metastases. No acute fracture. Bilateral symmetrical gynecomastia.

Both of these findings are secondary to prostate cancer: sclerotic bony metastases and gynecomastia secondary to hormone therapy.
