Presentation

Weight loss and fatigue. Farmer. Hasn't seen a doctor for 35 years.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Diffuse sclerosis throughout all the bone. Right lower zone opacification. Mild cardiomegaly.

Case Discussion

Classic imaging appearance of advanced diffuse osteosclerotic metastases. In a male, by far the most common cause is prostate malignancy and this was confirmed in this patient.
