Scrotal cellulitis

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

The patient is complaining of scrotal swelling, and pain for one week. Clinical examination: scrotal swelling, redness, hotness.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Grayscale ultrasound shows significant edematous scrotal skin thickening.

Right mild hydrocele is noted.

Normal appearing testes. 

Left epidydimal head cyst 7.7 mm.

Blood CBC shows high WBC count which is compatible with cellulitis.
