An incidental finding in a patient with a known case of stage IV lung adenocarcinoma.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

The right side of the urinary bladder has herniated through the right inguinal canal into the scrotum forming a scrotal cystocele.

Prostatomegaly.

Case Discussion

A scrotal cystocele is a type of urinary bladder hernia, where the bladder herniates into the scrotum.

This was incidentally noted in our case.
