A cystic swelling is seen at the inferior part of left scrotal wall with fluid content showing low level echoes. The adjacent scrotal wall is thickened and oedematous. No intrascrotal extension. Normal both testes with no inflammatory changes.
Case Discussion
Features are compatible with a scrotal wall abscess. It is one of scrotal infections involving the scrotal wall. It doesn't extend to intrascrotal contents. Management would be simple incision and drainage.
