Left sided hydrocele and a mobile hyperechoic extratesticular calcification with posterior acoustic shadowing, measuring approximately 1 cm.
Case Discussion
Extratesticular calcifications (scrotolith) are a benign finding. The scrotlith was shown to be free floating (not shown). The patient had no prior history of trauma or infection in the scrotal area.
