Presentation

Known case of seborrheic dermatitis presented with bilateral neck swellings, more pronounced on the right side.

Patient Data

Age: 6 months
Gender: Male

Multiple enlarged lymph nodes throughout the neck. Fatty hilum and normal Doppler flow. Features favor a reactive lymphadenopathy.
