A 40×30×32mm cystic lesion with slightly thickened wall, without internal septation, solid component or calcification, is noted at right superior neck space, anteromedial to SCM. The cyst displaces right submandibular gland anteriorly and main cervical vascular structures medially. There are no sign of vascular encasement or invasion.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are most compatible with second branchial cleft cyst.
