A 55×38mm thick-walled cystic lesion with few internal septations are seen at left upper neck space, lateral to the carotid sheath and deep to the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
Mild degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the cervical spine.
Features are most consistent with infected second branchial cleft cyst.
