Painless right neck swelling.

Age: 30 years

Cystic lesion with thin enhancing wall at the right retromandibular space, between the anterior aspect of the SCM and cervical great vessels.

Case Discussion

The findings are consistent with 2nd branchial cleft cyst which is the most common type of this branchial anomaly.
