Presentation

Swelling of the left lumbar region. History of left nephrectomy for a non-functioning kidney a few years prior

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Herniation of the ascending colon, small bowel and abdominal fat through a defect of the left posterolateral abdominal wall at the superior lumbar triangle.

Small simple hepatic cysts.
