Severe degenerative change of the glenohumeral joint with secondary synovial osteochondromatosis. Narrowing of the acromiohumeral interval suggestive of chronic rotator cuff disease. No acute fracture is identified.
The imaged lungs are clear. Pacing wires are noted.
Case Discussion
Synovial osteochondromatosis can be primary or secondary. In this case the cause is almost certainly the severe glenohumeral joint degenerative change.
