Knee pain, swelling and painful movement

Patient Data

Age: 55 years old
Gender: Female

Multiple intra articular loose bodies display hypointense signal in all pulse sequences associated with osteoarthritic changes of theknee joints showing denudation of articular surfaces and marginal osteophytosis.

Complete ACL tear with secondary signs e.g. buckled PCL and anterior tibial translation.
