Presentation

Upper abdominal pain shortly after meals.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Segmental intramural submucosal cystic changes of the gallbladder wall, noted at the fundus, mid-body and antrum. No stones or mud. 

Case Discussion

Features are suggestive of segmental adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder.
