Chronic cough and dyspnea.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
CT

Chest

There is a vertical line in the ventral right upper lobe and the middle lobe seems to have only one segment. This is due to collapse of the pulmonary segments III and V of the right lung. There is no obvious cause to be seen on these images. The patient needs a bronchoscopy.
