Segmental agenesis of the body of the corpus callosum with radial gyri (absent cingulate gyrus), and right frontal lobe polymicrogyria. The other segments of the corpus callosum (rostrum, genu, isthmus, and splenium) appear normal. No dilatation of the ventricular system. No other associated cerebral anomalies were seen.
Case Discussion
MRI features of a segmental callosal agenesis with right frontal lobe polymicrogyria.
