Avulsed bony fragment from the lateral aspect of the tibial plateau. It is consistent with segond fracture.

An associated with ACL tear and medial meniscal injury.

Case Discussion

Segond fracture is lateral tibial metaphyseal capsular avulsion. It is usually associated with ACL tear.
