Absent left seminal vesicle.
There is a small, well-defined cystic lesion in the region of the right seminal vesicle. It appears hyperintense on T1WI, and hypointense on T2WI, suggesting intracystic hemorrhage.
Case Discussion
Agenesis of the left seminal vesicle.
A cystic lesion in the region of the right seminal vesicle is suggestive of a seminal vesicle cyst with intracystic hemorrhage.
