Asymmetrical enlargement of the seminal vesicles, right larger than the left with multiseptated hypodense collection within the right seminal vesicle with peripheral enhancement, and subtle adjacent fat stranding. The prostate is moderately enlarged with low attenuations areas, indicating most likely prostatic abscesses. The right ductus deferens appears moderately enlarged with an enhanced wall (pelvic segment).
The CT urography was unremarkable.
