Case Discussion

Seminal vesicle (SV) cysts may be asymptomatic, however symptomatic patients may describe hematospermia, infertility,  urinary tract infection as well as pain during ejaculation or defecation. SV cyst can be an only finding, however, it may be associated with other genitourinary anomalies (renal agenesis, autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease and hemivertebra). In the current study, SV cyst discovered incidentally during routine examination of the hip.
