Soft tissue swelling in the right high parietal region.

Incidentally noted bilateral senile calcific scleral plaques.

Case Discussion

Senile calcific scleral plaques are incidental finding in elderly, that usually occur medially or laterally, just anterior to the insertion of respective rectus muscle.
