Multiple septae are seen in the gallbladder without stones or signs of cholecystitis.
A note is also made for small hemangioma in the left lobe of the liver, segment 3.
Case Discussion
Previous ultrasounds reported a cystic structure near the fundus of gallbladder while it is clearly seen that a long septum divides the lumen of the gallbladder into two parts. Another septum is seen near the neck of the gallbladder.
Septated gallbladder is a congenital variant without clinical significance.
