Two uterine horns are demonstrated but only one cervix (third image).
Case Discussion
Patient has only one cervix making this is septate uterus with a septum that extends deeply to cervix.
The differential diagnosis:
- didelphys uterus: two cervices are present
- bicornuate uterus: the horns are wide apart with intercornuate angle more than 105 degrees
