Septic pulmonary emboli

Case contributed by Radswiki
CT

There are multiple irregular nodular lesions some of which show cavitation, seen in bilateral lung fields. In the right lung there is a subpleural nodule with cavitation and feeding vessel sign.

Imaging features are suggestive of septic pulmonary emboli.
