Presentation

Right eye nystagmus

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
mri

Evidence of CSF cleft in the right parietofrontal region, outlined by polymicrogyric grey matter seems to be communicating with the right lateral ventricle. 
No septum pellucidum.
Right optic nerve is grossly showing narrow caliber. Possible thinning of left optic nerve caliber.
